About Pam Fenenbock, LMFT – Online Therapist in California & Texas
Over 20 Years of Compassionate Counseling
I’ve always been deeply interested in people’s stories—their journeys, challenges, and the resilience that carries them forward. I believe that everyone encounters moments in life where support can make a meaningful difference.
With over 20 years of experience as a therapist, I’ve helped clients make lasting changes, uncover inner strengths, and move toward healing in a safe, supportive environment.
My style and approach
Clients often describe my style as empathetic, warm, professional, and grounded—with a good sense of humor. My approach is highly collaborative. I believe the therapy experience should feel like a partnership, not a monologue. I interact, ask thoughtful questions, and offer suggestions and tools that support your growth.
I consider myself an eclectic therapist who draws from an Integrative Holistic approach. This means I use techniques from a variety of modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Guided Imagery, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Family of Origin work—to support the mind, body, and spirit.

My Background
For many years, I lived and worked along the border of Texas and Mexico. That experience deepened my appreciation for cultural diversity and gave me familiarity with the Mexican American community. While I’m not bilingual, I do speak and understand some Spanish.
Since moving to the Bay Area, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all over the world, including those in the LGBTQ+ community. I strive to honor and affirm all cultures, beliefs, and identities. I welcome adults of all backgrounds into my practice.
